CHUM OF MONTREAL
When a revolving door is not enough! This is what the new Montreal CHUM experienced.
School of Construction Trades
Using a curtain of air instead of a vestibule is the choice that engineers have adopted for the Construction Trades School project to reduce the infiltration of cold air into their building.
Faced with air infiltration problems on his 16 ‘x 28’ garage door, metal sheet processing company Metal Bernard of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon opted for the installation of an IDC20 air curtain from Berner.
For its energy-efficient turnaround, the Saint-Donat Arena has installed Panel Radiator heaters, powered by a system that recovers the heat from the engine room.
BIODOME OF MONTREAL
Vigmark is proud to distribute Berner air curtains at the Montreal Biodome. The air curtains were installed in the main entrance doors.
These fans, installed in the outdoor waiting areas, have made it possible to increase the comfort of the customers in a spectacular way by the only principle of the movement of the air.
M.V.G. Farms had to rent additional refrigeration equipment for its warehouses, resulting in exorbitant costs. Vigmark found the solution by offering Kool-Jet units.
Military base St-Jean-sur-Richelieu
The replacement of these coils allowed the base to modernize its HVAC system while reducing its maintenance and energy costs.
The first Berner air curtain designed especially for revolving doors!
Berner continues to innovate and offers us an air curtain completely adapted to revolving doors. The RevolvAir has been specially designed to maximize energy savings and reduce air infiltration of buildings using turnstile gates such as hospitals, hotels and supermarkets.
