Producers in Lanaudiere and Quebec are facing a new reality: climate change, which brings higher temperatures. M.V.G. Farms had to rent additional refrigeration equipment for its warehouses, resulting in exorbitant costs. Vigmark found the solution by offering Kool-Jet units.
Portable, autonomous, requiring little installation and maintenance, these units allowed them to store their potatoes without hassle. They can easily move units to multiple sites and have also achieved substantial savings. The Farms M.V.G. are now able to cope with climate change!
